Account Manager – Recruitment (Commission-Based)

Role Overview:

The Account Manager will act as a client-facing partner for Axis 8, responsible for managing accounts, acquiring new clients, and coordinating recruitment delivery across assigned portfolios. This role requires a confident communicator with strong sales instincts, relationship-building abilities, and a deep understanding of recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Business Development (Core Function)

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients across the UAE using LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, networking, and industry events
  • Present and pitch Axis 8’s recruitment services in a compelling and consultative manner
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up on prospects
  • Prepare tailored business proposals and service agreements

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and feedback meetings
  • Identify opportunities for upselling recruitment or HR consulting services

Recruitment Delivery Coordination

  • Coordinate job requirements and briefs with the internal recruitment team
  • Clarify role expectations, KPIs, and skill sets with hiring managers
  • Ensure accuracy of reporting, documentation, and SLA compliance

Revenue Growth & Performance Accountability

  • Meet revenue targets based on placements and account billings
  • Ensure consistent forecasting and reporting of sales activities
  • Maintain accurate CRM/ATS updates for all active and prospective clients

Job Requirement

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment, account management, or sales within the UAE market is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to acquire new clients and build strong business relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market and talent ecosystem
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high drive for revenue generation
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be currently based in UAE and must have own visa (self-sponsored / family visa)

Compensation Package (Commission-Based Role):

  • 25% commission on revenue generated from newly acquired clients for the first year
  • 5% annual bonus upon achieving yearly revenue targets
  • No basic salary – commission and bonus only
  • Candidate must hold their own visa (freelance, family visa, investor visa, etc.)
