Job Description
We are seeking motivated and professional Remote Cold Callers to support our business development activities in the UAE/GCC markets. This role involves outbound calling to corporate prospects, introducing Axis 8’s services, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the sales team.
This is a full-time remote employment opportunity with a fixed monthly salary plus performance-based bonusestied to KPI achievement.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to corporate prospects using provided databases and call lists
- Introduce Axis 8 recruitment and HR consulting services in a professional manner
- Qualify leads by identifying hiring needs, decision-makers, and timelines
- Book meetings and callbacks for Account Managers and Business Development leads
- Accurately log call outcomes, notes, and lead status in the CRM system
- Follow approved call scripts while maintaining a natural and consultative tone
- Meet daily and weekly KPIs related to call volume, lead quality, and meeting bookings
- Maintain professionalism and compliance with company communication standards
Job Requirement
- Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, call center, or B2B outbound roles is preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Ability to handle objections and maintain resilience in a target-driven environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with CRM or call-logging tools
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote working environment
- Based anywhere and available to work remotely during UAE business hours
